  1. Wash the leeks and chop finely. Add salt, black pepper, 2 tbsp oil, egg whites and yoghurt and mix them.
  2. Grease the baking tray. Place the dough in the tray, place the edges out of the tray. Divide the other dough into 4 equal pieces. Place half of the dough by greasing them. Spread the filling ingredient on the dough. Place the other dough in the same way. Close with the overhanging portions from the tray.
  3. Apply egg yolk and bake in an oven heated to 180°C (356° F).
