It is one of the flavors of Turkish cuisine. It is a nourishing soup which is preferred after alcohol intake with the effect of relaxing the stomach and enhancing body resistance.

  1. Clean the rumen with a knife and wash with plenty of water. Cook in a pressure cooker and cut thin.
  2. Crush the flour with 1 cup of water. Add water from the soup and mix until warm. Pour into the soup and stir quickly. Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  3. Melt the oil in the pan and add chili peppers.
  4. Take the oil that you melt on your soup. Serve with crushed garlic, lemon juice or vinegar.
