- Peel the tomatoes and chop them into cubes.
- Cook the finely chopped onions, green peppers, salt and oil in a hot pan. Once they cook, add the tomatoes, close the lid and cook at a low temperature.
- Stir the eggs and mix them occasionally until the eggs harden.
- You can also add tomato paste, if you like it to be less watery.
