Ingredients
- 8 mushroom
- 3 egg
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Add salt to the egg in a bowl and beat.
- Clean the mushrooms and wash them. Cut thin. Add the chopped mushrooms to the egg and mix.
- Put the oil in a pan and heat it. Pour the mixture. Cover and cook. When the bottom side is cooked, turn it over and cook the other side.
