  1. Boil chickpeas and meat together in a pressure cooker.
  2. Soak the bulgur with 1 cup of water. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Add 1.5 teaspoons of tomato paste, pepper, flour, salt and knead it throughly. Make tiny balls from it once ready.
  3. Throw the balls in boiled water and boil them.
  4. After boiling, add tomato and pepper paste to the butter and cook. Add mint and lemon. Pour the mix into the cooked balls, chickpeas and meat.
