  1. On minced meat, add finely chopped onion, garlic, rice, tomato paste, salt, pepper, cumin and mix.
  2. Fill the peppers or the vegetables you prefer with the prepared mix. Cover the opening of the vegetables with tomato slices. Put them in a pan.
  3. Mix tomato paste, half lemon juice, salt, olive oil and pour into the pan. Make sure the sauce mix doesn't go above the vegetables. Put a weight on the vegetables while they are cooking. First cook on high heat and then cook on lower heat.
