  1. Wash apricots and remove seeds. Divide it into four.
  2. Put apple juice in the saucepan and boil over low heat until the color darkens. When the apple juice thickens, add the apricots (or other fruits you desire) into it.
  3. Cut the bottom of the stove and allow the apricot to cook with apple juice. Add molasses and lemon salt to the mixture.
  4. When the jam becomes thick, close the bottom of the pan and allow to cool.
