Sugar Free Apricot Jam
You can find natural and artificial healthy alternatives of refined sugar. These alternatives have a high nutritional value and are less harmful to your health. Like maple syrup, honey, molasses, coconut sugar.
- Wash apricots and remove seeds. Divide it into four.
- Put apple juice in the saucepan and boil over low heat until the color darkens. When the apple juice thickens, add the apricots (or other fruits you desire) into it.
- Cut the bottom of the stove and allow the apricot to cook with apple juice. Add molasses and lemon salt to the mixture.
- When the jam becomes thick, close the bottom of the pan and allow to cool.
