  1. In a pan, add the eggs and cold water. Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes over high heat. After the water boils, remove the pot from the stove. Soak the eggs in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Then transfer it to a bowl of cold water and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
  2. When the hard-boiled eggs have cooled, peel and slice them and add them to a bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, dill, chives, lemon juice, and dijon mustard until all ingredients are combined. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
  3. Slice the baguettes. Top with a piece of lettuce and egg salad.
  4. Serve in a bowl if you wish.
