  1. Wash the fish and dry with a paper towel.
  2. Pour lemon juice over them and let stand for a while.
  3. Cook green onions in a pan. Add tomatoes and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add diced potatoes, parsley, ketchup, garlic, water, salt and ginger and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
  5. Add the fish. Cook for another 15 minutes until the fish is cooked. Open the lid and cook until the sauce is dark. Serve hot.
