- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of puree pumpkin
- Mix bananas, pumpkin puree, almond milk, maple syrup and peanut butter in the blender until smooth and serve immediately.
- You can add more milk if you don't want the smoothie to be thick.
