  1. Preheat the oven to 374 °F (190 °C).
  2. Put 4 tablespoons of olive oil in the saucepan.
  3. Then add the minced garlic and bay leaf. Fry the ingredients.
  4. After the smell of garlic and bay leaf has gone into oil, turn off the heat.
  5. Put the fish in the ovenware. Then, place 2 slices of lime on top and bottom of it and add some olive oil on the fish. Sprinkle sea salt on top and bake in a 374 °F oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Chop the red onion and then roast it in olive oil and caramelize it. Finally add sesame seeds and crunch and put them under the salmon fillet.
