  1. Heat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Put 4 tablespoons of olive oil in the saucepan.
  3. Then add the finely chopped garlic and bay leaf and fry.

  5. Put the fish in the ovenware. Then, place 2 slices of lime on top and bottom of it and add some olive oil on the fish. Sprinkle sea salt on top and bake in a 190 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Chop the red onion and then roast it in olive oil and caramelize it. Finally add sesame seeds and crunch and put them under the fish.
