  1. Put the chopped onion and oil in the pot and soften by stirring. Add flour and mix them. Boil with adding water and salt.
  2. Grate the carrots and add to the soup and cook until carrot is tender. Drain and put in another pot.
  3. Beat the egg with milk. Warm with water of soup.Then, add to the soup. Stir quickly. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
