  1. Put finely chopped onions, chopped chicken meat, pine nuts and oil in the pot. Cook until the water get drain on low heat. Put 4 cups of water and cook for 20 minutes. Cook the washed rice by adding the currant and salt.
  2. Cook the chestnuts.
  3. Cut the chestnuts and put them on the rice. Infuse for 10-15 minutes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
