Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of red lentil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1/2 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of dry mint
Directions
- Put the water in the saucepan and boil. Add red lentils, crushed garlic, tomato paste, butter and salt. Then, cook over low heat until tender.. Add lemon juice and boil again.Serve with mint.
