  1. Combine all ingredients except cilantro in a food processor or blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  2. Scrape the sides of the food processor/blender with a spatula and add the optional cilantro.
  3. Season with more salt and pepper if you want.
  4. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

  • To make the recipe vegan, substitute ¾ cup vegan mayonnaise for the greek yogurt and regular mayonnaise.Also, use vegan sour cream.
