Tips

Cook it with chickpeas on top in the preheated oven for 10 minutes to prevent swelling. Take the chickpeas out and cook for another 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. Mix the milk, cream, and eggs in a bowl.
  5. Pour cheese, olives, and basil over the tart dough. Add the milky mixture.
  6. Bake in a heated oven until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.
