Sour Zucchini

Ingredients
- 4 zucchini
- 1/2 cup of chickpea
- 0.6 pound of stew meat
- 1 onion
- 3 tomato
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 lemon
Directions
- Soak the chickpeas in 3 cups of water.
- Cut the zucchini and tomato into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
- Add the oil to the saucepan and roast with onion and garlic. Add chickpeas and meat. Add zucchini and tomatoes at the end and cook until tender.
- Add lemon juice and bring to a boil.
