  1. Soak the chickpeas in 3 cups of water.
  2. Cut the zucchini and tomato into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Add the oil to the saucepan and roast with onion and garlic. Add chickpeas and meat. Add zucchini and tomatoes at the end and cook until tender.
  4. Add lemon juice and bring to a boil.
