  • It is easier to cut the brownie when it is very cold.

  1. Put the dates in a container and add hot water and wait for it to soften.
  2. Grind the walnuts through the food processor.
  3. When the dates are soft, remove the seeds. Grind with the help of a food processor.
  4. Add and mix cocoa, coffee and walnuts on crushed dates.
  5. Put the mixture in a container. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Slice and serve.
