  1. Preheat the oven to 356° F (180°C).
  2. Puree the banana in a bowl. Add the gluten-free oats, cinnamon and vegan bitter chocolate. Then, mix all ingredients.
  3. Place the dough evenly on the baking tray with the cookie scoop.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven.
  5. Transfer the cookies to the cooling rack and let them cool for about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve it warm.
