  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356° F).
  2. Puree the banana in a bowl. Add the gluten-free oats, cinnamon and vegan bitter chocolate. Then, mix.
  3. Cut the pieces of the desired size in the dough and place them on the tray.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes in the oven.
