  1. Boil the linguine pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package directions. Then separate some of the pasta water and drain the pasta.
  2. Heat half the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Then add the breadcrumbs and cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Wash the broccoli and then roughly chop it.
  4. Reheat the pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the onion, garlic, and broccoli and sauté until the onions are caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the sardines. Add it to the pan. At this point, be sure to leave the sardines alive without overcooking them and killing them.
  6. Chop the dry peppers and add them to the pan where the sardines are being cooked. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Mix the pasta and sardines in the wok. Add a ladle of pasta water. Then mix it again.
  8. You can add some cheese on top and serve.
