Pasta with Sardines

  1. Leave the pasta to boil for a suitable period, taking into account the instructions on the package.
  2. Roughly chop the broccoli, and slice the garlic thinly.
  3. Then melt the butter in a pan.
  4. Start sautéing broccoli and garlic.
  5. Then add the sardines to the pan and continue sautéing. Do not cook the sardines too much.
  6. Chop the dried peppers and add them to the pan where the sardine is cooking.
  7. After the pasta is boiled, separate and keep the 1 bucket of the water and strain the rest.
  8. Mix the pasta and sardine with veggies well together in a pasta pot.
  9. Add a scoop of pasta water and turn off the heat.
  10. You can add some cheese on top and serve.
