Stuffed Rice with Nuts

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil. Add pine nuts and almonds and sauté.
  2. Wash the rice in hot water for 15-20 minutes and soak it.
  3. Add the black pepper, chili peppers and salt over the roasted nuts.
  4. Add the soaked rice into the mix. Add 3 cups of water in it and stir and boil.
  5. Reduce the heat once it boils.
  6. Boil the chestnuts and peel them. Add to the cooked rice.
