Ingredients
- 4 thin sheet of dough
- 1.7 pounds of spinach
- 4 carrot
- 0.6 pound of turkish pastrami
- 1.6 ounces of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sesame
- 1 teaspoon of nigella seed
Directions
- Boil the spinach leaves, then strain and chop.
- Grate the carrots.
- Roast spinach and carrots separately in an oil.
- Spread the first dough on a flat surface, apply oil with a brush. Spread and grease the second dough. Pour the spinach. Spread and grease the third dough. Spread the carrots. After spreading and greasing the fourth dough, lay the pastrami.
- Roll the dough into a tight wrap. Apply the egg yolk with the brush. Sprinkle with black sesame/love in a mist and sesame.
- Bake them in the oven until the top of it is golden brown.
