  1. Heat the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and deep fry them.
  3. Chop up the onion, garlic and parsley.
  4. Roast the chopped onion and garlic in a griddle. Add the chopped sausages and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add fried potatoes and mix.
  6. Then break the eggs into the griddle and bake in the oven for about 8 minutes.
  7. Finally sprinkle some salt, pepper and fresh chopped parsley. Now you can eat with pleasure.
