  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356° F). Place baking paper on the tray.
  2. Slice the carrots finely.
  3. Mix chili pepper, salt, mint and olive oil in a bowl. Blend the chopped carrots in this sauce.
  4. Place the prepared carrots on the tray and cook for 10-15 minutes.
