  2. Thinly slice carrots into chips using a mandolin slicer.
  3. Mix chili pepper, salt, mint and olive oil in a bowl. Toss the chopped carrots with this sauce.
  4. Place the prepared carrots on the tray and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Let them cool slightly and serve with sauces.
