Ingredients
- 3 carrot
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon of dry mint
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356° F). Place baking paper on the tray.
- Slice the carrots finely.
- Mix chili pepper, salt, mint and olive oil in a bowl. Blend the chopped carrots in this sauce.
- Place the prepared carrots on the tray and cook for 10-15 minutes.
