It is now very easy to prepare healthy snacks in your home. These delicious and very healthy snacks are very good for you. You will not miss the potato chips from the market, after you try these. A tomato based dipping sauce would go great with these zucchini chips.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392° F). Place baking paper on the tray.
  2. Slice the zucchini with a thin knife. Grate the garlic.
  3. Mix the garlic, thyme, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Add the zucchini into the sauce you prepared and blend.
  4. Place the zucchini on the baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the cooked zucchini and cook for another 10-15 minutes. After cooking, you can serve chips with garlic yogurt.
