  1. Wash and peel the potatoes and then boil them. Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl, cover the lid and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  2. Wash the cabbage and cut them into large pieces. Add boiling water. Wait 2-3 minutes and strain. Cut into large pieces.
  3. Grate the onions.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan. Add the onions and fry. Then add the cabbage, 4 more tablespoons of olive oil and some salt and continue to cook.
  5. Crush the boiled potatoes with a potato masher. Mix them with the roasted cabbage. Add some black pepper and paprika.
  6. Add 4 tablespoon olive oil to an empty pan and heat. Pour the mixture of roasted cabbage and potatoes into the pan like a pancake.
  7. Fry both sides for 5-6 minutes on high heat.
  8. Rest and serve.
