Ingredients
- 1/4 broccoli
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1/4 cauliflower
- 2 leek
- 2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 carrot
- 2 potato
- 4 cups of bone broth
- 6 brussell sprouts
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 slice of lemon
Directions
- Boil the broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, leek, onion, garlic, carrot, potato and brussels sprouts with broth.
- Season with salt.
- After cooking, pass it through the food processor. Serve with lemon juice.
