Cheese Souffle

Ingredients
- 3 egg
- 2 cups of milk
- 3/4 cup of kashari cheese
- 1 cup of feta cheese
- 1 thin sheet of dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356° F).
- Beat the eggs and milk thoroughly.
- Pour half of the sauce into the greased baking tray. Stick half of the dough. Crumble the fatty white cheese. Grate kashari cheese. Pour in the rest of the sauce and chew the dough. Sprinkle with kashari cheese.
- Keep the cheese souffle in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Bake in heated oven until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
