  3. Uncover, stir, and continue cooking,stirring constantly and adjusting the heat as necessary to maintain abrisk simmer, for about 8 minutes or until the stock is absorbed and the pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in the baby spinach, peas, and black pepper, toss for 1 minutes, and serve immediately.
