  3. Add the garlic, spaghetti, vegetable stock, tomatoes with their juice, broccoli, carrots, and salt. Add the pasta water to the pot and bring all the ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the peas, spinach, and pepper. Then add freshly grated parmesan and lemon juice.
  5. Serve with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
