  • Cook avocados in batches. Do not overload avocado fries in the oven, skillet, or deep fryer. This way, all the avocado slices will cook evenly.
  • Brush it with olive oil before placing it in the deep fryer or oven to make it crispy and golden.

  2. Take out three different bowls. In the first bowl, add the flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the beaten eggs to the second bowl. In the third bowl, put the panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan.
  4. Coat both sides of the avocado slices with flour. Lightly shake off excess flour. Transfer the avocados to the egg mixture and coat them with the egg. Then dip it in the panko mixture.
  5. Repeat for all of the avocado slices.
  6. Add the avocado slices to the preheated oil. Fry for about 1-2 minutes, until golden brown. Then turn them over and fry for about 1 more minute.
  7. Remove the avocado slices with tongs and place them on a paper towel-lined plate or baking sheet. Repeat the same process for the remaining pieces.
  8. Serve it warm with a dipping sauce.

How To Make Baked Avocado Fries?

To make the fried avocado in the oven,

  • Prepare the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line the baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Slice the avocados: Cut the avocados in half, peel them, and remove the seeds. Slice the avocado lengthwise.
