Ingredients
- 2 chicken meat
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 pound of green bean
- 1 cup of basil
- 1/2 bunch of lettuce
- 4 sprigs of scallion
- 1 bunch of radish
- 1 cup of pickled peppers
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 avocado
Directions
- Boil the chickens in a large saucepan with a little salt and boil for 15 minutes with the saucepan closed. Let it rest for 10 minutes after being boiled.
- Squeeze half a lemon into a separate cup, add mustard and beat. Add oil slowly and continue to beat. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
