  1. Boil the chickens in a large saucepan with a little salt and boil for 15 minutes with the saucepan closed. Let it rest for 10 minutes after being boiled.
  2. Squeeze half a lemon into a separate cup, add mustard and beat. Add oil slowly and continue to beat. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
