  1. Boil the chickens in a large pot with a little salt and boil for 15 minutes with the lid closed. Let it rest for 10 minutes after being boiled.
  2. You can also cook the chicken in the oven. For this, preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool, then cut into small pieces.
  3. Squeeze half a lemon into a separate bowl, add mustard and whisk. Slowly add oil and continue whisking. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
  4. Add salted water to a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain the beans and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and dry with a paper towel.
  5. Wash and cut the green onions, lettuce, basil into small pieces and put them on a plate.
  6. Slice the radish and pickled peppers and mix them in a small bowl. Squeeze half a lemon.
  7. Slice the rested chickens and place them next to the lettuce. Pour the radish mixture over it.
  8. Add the beans. Pour the dressing over the salad and fold the ingredients to coat.
  9. Serve with avocado and corn on the cob.
  10. You can also serve the salad cold if you wish. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover it with cling film and leave the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to mix the flavors. After cooling, take the salad out of the refrigerator. Pour the sauce over and serve immediately.
